Floor plans include a private bathroom for each resident that includes either a walk-in or wheel-in shower with safety grab bars in all of the bathrooms and safety pull-cords for everyone. There are apartments to choose from that offer kitchenettes if your loved one likes to cook. Storage is always an important factor when moving to a new home, and at the Mission at Agua Fria, we offer ample closet space in all of our one-bedroom apartments.
Private Studio Apartments for Memory Care Residents
If you have a loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or memory issues, rest assured, our Agua Fria apartments set our memory care residents up for success. Spacious ADA accessible studio apartments are equipped with private bathrooms that also have either walk-in or wheel-in showers with safety grab-bars and safety pull-cords for all residents. Each apartment comes with a spacious closet to use for storage. Our apartments are safe and secure, with 24/7 access to on-site care staff to help keep each resident comfortable.

Memory care apartments also include utilities and cable television to help ensure the comfort of each resident. Apartment maintenance and housekeeping are covered, so you don’t have to worry about cleanliness or functionality of their apartment. Trash removal and laundry and linen services are also provided.
